Digital courses

Please review the course description before purchase. Because digital course access can be used immediately, refund eligibility may be limited after access has been activated or substantial content has been viewed. Duplicate payments and proven technical inability to access purchased content will be reviewed promptly.

Original paintings

A cancellation request may be accepted before dispatch. After dispatch, a return is considered only for an incorrect or materially damaged item reported with photographs and an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.

How to request help

Contact us with your name, order reference, payment date, and reason. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method; banking timelines are controlled by the payment provider.
