Intellectual Property Policy

All course videos, lesson structures, reference images, artwork photographs, designs, text, branding, and downloadable resources are owned by or licensed to Rinkle Art Academy and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Enrollment grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence for personal learning. It does not permit reproduction, redistribution, resale, classroom broadcasting, training competing systems, or commercial use of academy materials without written permission.

Students retain rights in artwork they create, while any academy-supplied reference and teaching material remains subject to this policy.
