By using Rinkle Art Academy, you agree to provide accurate account information and to use course materials only for personal learning. Accounts, passwords, videos, references, downloads, and course access may not be shared, copied, resold, republished, or distributed.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for protecting your password. Access is limited to two devices per account. We may suspend access where we reasonably detect account sharing, abuse, infringement, fraud, or a security risk.

Courses and artwork

Course descriptions, availability, schedules, and included resources are shown on the relevant course page. Original paintings may vary slightly in colour across screens. Ownership of a physical artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Payments

Prices and payment options are displayed before purchase. Payments may be processed by an independent payment gateway under its own terms. Access is activated after successful payment confirmation.

Liability

Learning outcomes vary by practice and participation. To the extent permitted by law, the academy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website.
