Digital delivery

Course access is delivered electronically to the customer account after confirmed payment. No physical shipment is made for digital-only courses.

Available destinations, packing, delivery cost, and estimated dispatch time are confirmed before payment. Tracking details are shared when available. Delivery estimates may change because of courier, weather, customs, or address issues outside our control.

Damage or missing parcels

Inspect the package promptly. Report visible damage, a missing parcel, or an incorrect item through the Contact page with order details and supporting photographs.
